Chic Fitts sent me an interesting note about the Jay Printz case discussed in class on Thursday last. I've added a link to the opinion in the Additional_Materials table for anyone else who may want to read it. Also, I've finally solved the technical problem with the Bibliography page and am gradually brining it up to date.
