Below is a link to YouTube's video of the musical group Kansas' performance of "Dust in the Wind" which I mentioned in today's class. I believe this comes from a studio recording in about 1977. The song was very popular. The group is still active, though the personnel has changed. They played with the UM Orchestra last fall, I believe, and a video of that performance is also posted on YouTube. You may notice some contrast between the music and the bleakness of the lyrics.
